Adds a second missing-track destination: an Apple Music playlist named
"Plex Wish List" that is kept in sync automatically every run (gaps added,
promoted tracks removed) and is excluded from the normal MA->Plex mirror.

Plex playlist content and order are now authoritative to the Music Assistant
source every sync (fixing tracks landing in random order, which was caused by
promoted tracks always being appended instead of inserted correctly) - but a
Plex playlist is never deleted or emptied just because its source disappears
from MA.

Lidarr is no longer used, so all Lidarr code, config fields, the service, and the button are removed. Music Assistant already distinguishes separate Apple Music logins by provider instance, so multiple accounts now read/write correctly without any new auth code.
